Description

UNU-WIDER invites qualified firms to participate in a competitive bidding process (Request for Proposal) for the development of a Drupal-based institutional website and intranet portal for UNU-WIDER.  The successful bidder will be responsible for:

1) the design, development and deployment of a website featuring information flows from CiviCRM and UNU-WIDER´s publications repository; 2) providing technical assistance in the fine-tuning of UNU-WIDER’s publications repository; 3) the development of an intranet portal with two-way information flows across databases and featuring performance tracking dashboards and reports.

  • Opening of bids:  30 March 2015; 15.00 hrs

The requirements of UNU-WIDER-RFP-2015-01 have been revised to include the following specifications:

1. ACCESSIBILITY: The UNU-WIDER website should be accessible to persons with different kinds of disabilities as set out in UN General Assembly Resolution A/RES/68/86 A-B Section 61. 

2. SECURITY FEATURES: All components and applications are required to meet the WASP Application Security Verification Standard (ASVS).
