Request for Preprinted Paper Forms

The UNJSPF has a need to communicate to its clientele on a regular basis, via postal mail and is looking for a cost-effective form based solution that minimizes staff costs in the process. As such the UNJSPF is looking to secure a vendor to supply the design and delivery of Letter size (8 ½” x 11”) ‘C-Fold Pressure Sealed forms’ that allow the form to become a mailer in one-step potentially for three years. Forms must efficiently pass through common duplex Laser Printers and Photocopiers with little jamming or damage to the equipment.
