Procurement of Kitchen Equipments for United Nations Conference Centre- Addis Ababa

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia hereby seeks interested and qualified vendors to provide Kitchen Equipments for the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC)- Addis Ababa as specified below: 1. Potato Peeler, Container Capacity 19 Kg (380 Volt, 50Hz, 1Kw) 2. Electric fry-top: one Ribbed and one flate plate (380 Volt, 50Hz, 12Kw) 3. Electrical Cooking Ranges (380 volt, 50 Hz, 13Kw) 4. 900 Electric Fryer (380 V, 50 Hz, 24Kw) 5. 900 Electric Tilting bratt pan (380 V, 50 Hz, 18Kw) 6. Rectangular electricity heated boiling pan (380 V, 50 Hz, 18Kw) 7. Round electrically heated jacketed boiling pans (380 V, 50 Hz, 15Kw) 8. Auomatic pasta cooker (380 V, 50 Hz, 33Kw) 9. Vegetable Dryer, Capacity 40 Litre (380 V, 3PH, 50Hz) Vendor who express their interest will be invited to participate in a tender through "Invitation to Bid" (ITB). This tender will envisage the selection of a single firm to procure the above mentioned equipments with the described specifications that are detailed in the ITB. The UNCC requires a 3 year Long Term Agreement (LTA) with the qualified vendor to provide similar equipment and spare parts when or if required. Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNECA.
