Construction of new office space at UNAMA Training Building, UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites companies to express their interest to participate in upcoming bidding exercise for the Construction of new office space at UNAMA Training Building, UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan. The Construction works shall include but not limited to Mobilization & Demobilization, Demolition works, Earth works for foundation, Concrete works, Brick Masonary works, Plastering, Aluminum Windows, Gypsum board Partition walls, Door Works, Flooring, Gypsum boar false ceiling, Painting works, Installation of steel stairs, Electrical works, Heating and Cooling works, etc. Company qualification: (i) The company must have valid license/registration to operate in Afghanistan. (ii) It must be registered in UNGM at minimum Level 1 and accepted by UN Secretariat and or Submitted for approval of level 1 to the UN Secretariat. This notice is issued only to allow companies/Organizations to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time.
