Provision of Fiberglass Scaffold Tower Equipment for UNHQ

1. United Nations Procurement Division (UN PD), in consultation with UN Headquarters (UNHQ) Plant Engineering Section (PES) in New York, is seeking companies to bid for the provision of Fiberglass Scaffold Tower fabrication and supply services for the UNHQ in New York. 2. The services should be able to provide all materials, supplies, transportation and all incidentals required for fibreglass scaffold fabrication and supply services. 3. The new signs ordered are needed to install temporary scaffolding for electrical work for the UN Headquarters before the UN General Assembly on 1 Sept 2014. a. The scaffolding must be made of a non-conductive material, fiberglass or equivalent. b. Total height of the temporary structure must reach a minimum height of 20-24 feet.
