Conformément aux dispositions de la demande de propositions en objet, nous vous informons que la liste des réponses aux questions reçues a été publiée sous la section "Documents".

Nous vous informons également qu'une visite des lieux facultative aura lieu le lundi 14 juillet à 14h30 au BIT. Le point de rencontre pour la visite mentionnée ci-dessus est dans le hall du bâtiment BIT (R2 - Nord) à l’adresse mentionnée dans le document d'appel à la concurrence.

Les entreprises intéressées s’annonceront au Bureau des achats du BIT (PROCUREMENT) par e-mail: procurement@ilo.org , préférablement avant le lundi 14 juillet à 10h00.

Dear Sir / Madam,                 

On behalf of the International Labour Office (ILO), I would like to invite your organization to submit a proposal for the provision of services for maintenance and moving (including of partitions) of offices in the ILO HQ building, as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex I. The solicitation letter, together with its Annexes I to VI, form an integral part of the present Request For Proposals (hereinafter the "RFP").

In your proposal, it is essential that you strictly comply with the provisions of the RFP, particularly the Terms of Reference and the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts.

You may submit an offer to the ILO provided your company is qualified, able and willing to perform the services specified in the RFP. Please note that your proposal must also include a signed copy of the Certification to be submitted by a Bidder in an ILO Competitive Bidding Procedure (Annex III). Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions provided in the RFP and Annexes. Failure to comply with the provisions of the RFP and Annexes may render a proposal ineligible for consideration.

We advise you to consult this Procurement Notice regularly, in order to access any supplementary documents or information that may be provided in relation to this RFP.
