Provision of Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance Services for UNESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) wishes to solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of freight forwarding and customs clearance services for UNESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand. UNESCAP will conduct a procurement exercise to solicit proposals for the provision of freight forwarding services and clearance / delivery of incoming consignments, as well as packing and pick up of outgoing consignments for UNESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand. The overall requirements consist of packing, crating, loading, transporting and shipment of outgoing consignments along with clearance, unloading, uncrating of incoming shipments and delivery to UNESCAP premises. Companies who wish to be considered for the receipt of tender documents must submit their company profile as well as vendor registration form to the United Nations for review and consideration. The vendor registration form and related details can be accessed at www.unescap.org/procurement/vendor_registration.asp This EOI does not constitute a formal solicitation. UNESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI phase or even during the solicitation process. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that a vendor will receive an invitation to participate in the solicitation. Only those companies considered qualified, upon completion of an objective evaluation of the vendor application, will receive the Request for Proposal. Expression Of Interest (EOI) must be received on or before 30 June 2014.
