SERVICES D'ACCOMPAGNEMENT PAR UN EXPERT ELECTRICIEN POUR LES INSTALLATIONS ÉLECTRIQUES AU PALAIS DES NATIONS À GENEVE

EN FRANÇAIS :‎ L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des manifestations d’intérêt ‎‎‎pour un appel ‎d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer pour la fourniture des services d'accompagnement par un expert, ayant la maîtrise fédérale / le brevet fédéral d’installateur/trice-électricien/ne pour divers travaux et tâches au sein du Palais des Nations Unis à Genève. Une visite obligatoire sur site aura lieu au Palais des Nations. Le but est d'établir un contrat pour une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec deux (2) options de prolongation d’une durée de une (1) année chacune, sous réserve de l’exécution satisfaisante du contrat par le Contractant et de la disponibilité des budgets de l’ONUG, soit cinq (5) ans maximum. Veuillez noter que cet appel à manifestation d'intérêt (AMI) ne constitue pas une sollicitation. ‎‎‎Seuls les ‎‎‎fournisseurs considérés ‎comme qualifiés par l'ONUG pour fournir les services requis seront ‎‎‎invités à participer.‎ Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ************************************************************‎ The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is seeking expressions of interest for an Invitation to Bid it intends to issue for the provision of the following services: - Sporadic inspections of the low-voltage electrical installations at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, pursuant to Article 39, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on Low-Voltage Installations (OIBT) - Support by an expert with a federal master's degree / a federal electrical installer's certificate for various works and tasks within the Palais des Nations in Geneva. A mandatory site visit will take place at the Palais des Nations The aim is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with two (2) options for extension of one (1) year each, subject to satisfactory execution of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, i.e. a maximum of five (5) years. Please note that this call for expressions of interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. ‎‎‎Only suppliers deemed qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate.‎ All responses will be treated in strict confidence. Specific Requirements/Information EXIGENCES: 1-Être une entité spécialisée dans le domaine des prestations à fournir décrites ci-dessus 2-Justifier d’une ancienneté de cinq (5) ans minimum dans la fourniture de services similaires à ceux décrits ci-dessus. 3-Posséder les effectifs techniques d’intervention requis : au minium deux (2) personnes. 4-Le personnel intervenant disposera de solides connaissances dans le secteur de l'électricité en Suisse vis-à-vis des normes OIBT/NIBT et sera un électricien agréé/certifié selon l’Inspection fédérale des installations à courant fort (ESTI). 5-La personne de contact principale sera, francophone, salariée du contractant et aura le niveau de compétence et de responsabilité requis. *********************************************** IN ENGLISH : 1- Be an entity specialized in the field of services described above. 2- Have at least five (5) years of experience providing services similar to those described above. 3- Have the required technical staff: a minimum of two (2) people. 4-The personnel involved will have solid knowledge of the Swiss electricity sector with respect to OIBT/NIBT standards and will be licensed/certified electricians according to the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI). 5-The main contact person will be French-speaking, an employee of the contractor and will have the required level of competence and responsibility.
