Establishment and Operation of a Retail Shop within the UNDOF Compound – Camp Ziouani, Occupied Syrian Golan

The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) invites qualified and experienced contractors to express interest in establishing, operating, and managing a Retail Shop within its compound at Camp Ziouani, Occupied Syrian Golan. The facilities will serve UNDOF personnel and authorized visitors by providing essential goods in a secure, accessible, and professional environment. Scope of Work: • Design and furnish the allocated space to meet modern retail standards. • Install fixtures, shelving, lighting, and point-of-sale systems. • Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and hygiene regulations. • Stock and sell a range of essential items including snacks, beverages, toiletries, stationery, and other convenience goods. Operational Requirements: • Maintain regular operating hours as agreed with UNDOF management. • Employ qualified and courteous staff with appropriate conduct and appearance. • Ensure consistent availability of goods. • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming atmosphere in the facility.
