Call for External Collaborator: Employment and Social Protection Expenditure Review - National Technical Focal Point
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for a qualified individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator to support the implementation of Social Protection and Employment-Related Public Expenditure Review (ESPER) in Cambodia, using the official ILO ESPER methodology to assess the extent to which public spending contributes to decent work outcomes. The consultant will work under the supervision of the ILO Social Protection Officer based in Cambodia, and in coordination with the regional Social Protection Specialist (Bangkok) and relevant staff from the Employment Department at ILO Headquarters (Geneva). Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
