·To assess existing complaints handling, documentation, and referral mechanisms within HRCSL and its key stakeholders;
• To design a digitised complaints management system tailored to the needs of HRCSL;
• To develop a referral partnership platform that facilitates real-time case sharing, updates, and feedback among HRCSL, Police, Legal Aid Board, Ministry of Social Welfare, and other relevant bodies;
• To train key users on the systems functionality and provide ongoing technical support;
• To ensure the system complies with data protection and human rights standards.
