WFP Iraq Country Office is seeking to pre-qualify vendors for potential contracting under the Businessto-
Business (B2B) modality. Qualified vendors should demonstrate an active presence in the Najaf and
Karbala governorates, along with the capacity to expand operations to all other provinces across Iraq.
B2B (Business-to-Business) is a contractual model in which WFP Iraq Country Office (IQCO) engages
directly with a primary company, which in turn is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple
food retailers under its supervision.
Vendors who meet the pre-qualification criteria will be included in WFP’s pre-qualified vendor list and
considered for participation in future tender opportunities related to wholesale supply and distribution.
