Your offer comprising of a Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal which should be filled, signed and emailed separately to PacificSupply@unicef.org and referenced as LRPS-2025-9198520 before 31st July 2025, (23:59 Fiji Time) as per below:

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the Request for Proposal to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a bid in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal. 

The bidder may select from various payment terms that allow invoices to be settled within a shorter period. Specifically, if the bidder opts offers a discount, payment shall be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice." - Two-year set of financial statements for the full financial year (preferably audited)

- Certificate of Incorporation (Business License)
