Description
1) The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals , IRMCT, Arusha Branch will shortly launch a competitive solicitation exercise to dispose by commercial sale the used computers and Mobile phone on an “as is where is” basis, without warranty. 2) The commercial sale will include the following items: - Computer / Quantity : 58 - Mobile Phone / Quantity : 51 3) Full technical specifications and administrative instructions will be provided in the solicitation document, which will be issued after the closing date of this Expression of Interest (EOI). The solicitation will also include details regarding a scheduled site visit to inspect the items at the IRMCT premises in Arusha ,Tanzania Participation in the site visit will be mandatory , and all related costs shall be borne by the bidders. 4) Please note that all assets are offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 5) Prospective bueyrs are invited to express their interest by the EOI closing date either electronically via the link provided in this REOI or via email to irmct-procurement@un.org, fariala@un.org. 6) Companies interested in being considered for shortlisting for receipt of the IRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit a Expression of Interest electronically before the closing date on 30 June 2025 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania local time. Thank you for your interest Specific Requirements/Information The non-Tanzanian Companies intending to participate in tenders for IRMCT requirements must secure, at their own expenses, all necessary permits for exporting written-off computers and printers from Tanzania.
