New clarification added: Question Dear Tender Committee,We are writing to formally request clarification regarding the qualification criteria outlined in Stage 3 of the Invitation to Pre-Qualification for Infrastructure Design & Build Firms. We have expressed our interest in participating in this tender and are committed to ensuring full compliance with the stated requirements. The criteria indicate that bidders must have completed at least two infrastructure design and build contracts within the past five years, with each contract having a minimum value of USD 2 million. These must be substantiated by signed contracts and certificates of completion. In this context, we would like to confirm whether the requirements can be met through a joint venture. Specifically, if our company, with experience in executing construction works for infrastructure projects on a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) basis, forms a joint venture with a Design Consultant engaged under a Design-Build (DB) arrangement, would this joint venture satisfy the stated qualification criteria?Your guidance and clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it will help us prepare our submission in full alignment with the requirements.AnswerThe answer is yes. The combined figures of the members in a joint venture should meet the requirement
