New clarification added: Please agree/clarify on the requirement of clause 1.9.1. Certificate of conformity to the requirements of the DSTU EN 55014-1:2016 and DSTU EN 55014-2:2017.We were certified according to DSTU EN 61000-6:2019. This is a newer document and meets all the requirements and European standards. Can you make changes and expand the requirement for this certificate and submit it in this version?Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please note that the requirements for clause 1.9.1 of the Section II Schedule of Requirements will be amended to be read as follows: “Certificate of conformity to the requirements of DSTU EN 55014-1:2016 and DSTU EN 55014-2:2017 or DSTU EN 61000-6:2019”.Thank you.

New clarification added: Question 1.In the technical requirements for items 1-13, it is stated that the pumps have built-in frequency converters. In case of failure of the built-in frequency converter, the entire pump fails. It is technically correct to place the frequency converter in the control cabinet (control unit) for all 3 pumps. In this case, if the frequency converter fails, all pumps will operate in manual mode. And the frequency converter can be replaced without stopping the pump, and these frequency converters are always available in our warehouses in Kyiv. This scheme has technical advantages of the system and especially facilitates service work on equipment replacement. In the case of replacing the frequency converter built into the pump, it takes at least 4-6 weeks. Please pay attention to the technical features of pumps with a frequency converter and expand the technical requirements for frequency converters: .... with built-in frequency converters or the availability of a frequency converter for all pumps in the control cabinet (control unit). We ask to agree on the following wording of clause 2.1.2.1: The pumping station shall be delivered as an ergonomic unit consisting of identical dry rotor pumps and an integrated or built-in frequency converter in the control cabinet (control unit), with additional components (mounting frame, manifolds, shut-off valves, valves, pressure transmitter, diaphragm expansion vessel, control unit connected to the pumps and sensors). Please also agree on the following wording of paragraph 2.1.2.10: Integrated frequency converter in control cabinet (control unit) or pump.Question 2Technical requirement for ball valves:2.1.2.17.1- shall be made of carbon steel grade P235GH or higher, or of steel castings with connecting couplingsPlease expand the technical requirement for the material of the taps, taking into account that the taps will be used for hot water and add to the requirements ball valves made of brass. Please agree on the following wording for clause 2.1.2.17.1: shall be made of carbon steel grade P235GH or higher, or of steel castings with connecting couplings or brass.Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please find the answers below. The requirement of clause 2.1.2.1 remains unchanged. The pumping station shall be supplied as a single product consisting of identical pumps with integrated frequency converters, on a single mounting frame with vibrating legs, with common pressure and suction manifolds, shut-off valves at the inlet and outlet of each pump, check valves on the discharge side of each pump, a pressure transmitter, a diaphragm expansion tank, a control device connected to the pumps and sensors, and a dry-running protection device. The requirements for the clause 2.1.2.17.1 of the Section II Schedule of Requirements will be amended to be read as follows: “shall be made of carbon steel grade P235GH or higher, or of steel castings with connecting couplings or brass”.Thank you.

New clarification added: Form F: Technical Bid Form - B. Technical specifications for Goods – Comparative Data Tables 2.1.3 - Technical requirements for booster/suction pumps, network “In-line”;2.1.3.9 - Pump motor:;2.1.3.9.1 - energy efficiency class not lower than IE5 in accordance with IEC 60034-30-2;2.1.3.10 - The built-in frequency converter;2.1.3.11- control unit:;2.1.3.11.1 - It must be designed to control two pumps with a built-in frequency converter, automatically switching from the operating pump to the standby pump in case of a malfunction; Most of these pumps have power rate of >22 kW which is the limit for the two conditions: IE5 and built-in frequency converter. Please advise, is it allowed to offer for the items <22 kW pumps with ECM motors with built-in frequency converters and with control units according to requirements, and for items >22 kW to offer pumps with IE3 asynchronous motors and with control units with frequency converter per each pump?Dear BidderThank you for your request. For items up to and including 22 kW, the pumps shall be IE5 motors with integrated frequency converters and controls in accordance with published requirements, and for items above 22 kW, pumps with IE3/IE4 induction motors with controls with frequency converters for each pump may be offered. Controls for booster pumps and pumping pumps must be equipped with a differential pressure transmitter. Thank you.

New clarification added: Form F: Technical Bid Form - B. Technical specifications for Goods – Comparative Data Tables - Items 8, 9,11 - boosting pumping station:In the table of compliance you indicated requirements to DN80-DN100. In some cases we noticed that indicated diameters are not sufficient enough for required flow rates, which will lead to higher flow velocity, higher head losses, noise and possibly to erosion of pipeline. It it allowed to deliver booster pumping stations with bigger manifold diameters and therefore bigger connection DN if it complies with technological calculations and technical documentation of the manufacturer?Dear BidderThank you for your request. It is allowed to supply booster pumping stations with bigger manifold diameters and therefore bigger connection DN if it complies with technological calculations and technical documentation of the manufacturer.Thank you.

New clarification added: Good afternoon, UNOPS! Please clarify the temperature for items 30-31:Item 30. Self-priming drainage pump, G=40 m³/h, H=20 m.w.c., min T=70°C, min PN16, with 3×380 V electric motor - 3 setsItem 31 . Self-priming drainage pump, G=20 m³/h, H=20 m.w.c., min T=70°C, min PN16, with 3×380 V electric motor - 2 sets. These pumps are used for pumping dirty water. European manufacturers currently produce pumps of this type with a working fluid temperature of up to 55 degrees. Please clarify/agree on the technical requirements for the working fluid temperature for pumps of item 30-31.Are there any analogues of the pumps with a working water temperature of up to 55°C degrees? We are waiting for information on items 30-31. Dear BidderThank you for your request. Please be advised that the proposed analogs with a temperature of 55°C are not suitable.Thank you.
