New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease review the following clarifications:Clarification 7. Our legal team has undertaken a review of the contractual documents. They’ve noted that the template "Contract for Professional Services” includes provisions for the amendment of clauses in the “UNOPS General Conditions of Contract” (specifically, Part 1 of Annex 1).Please could you confirm if proposed amendments are permitted in respect of this RFP exercise. If so, please could you clarify at which stage in the process respondents are expected to propose any amendments to the contract? If such amendments are to be included in the submission, please could you confirm what section these should be included in?Answer. Any reservations that the bidders have, need to be included in the Form C: Proposal Submission Form, specifically in letter b, once the quote is recieved and if the bidder passes the evalaution process the possibility of the amendment will be discussed with our legal team.Kind regards

New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease review the following clarifications:Clarification 6. Page 2 of the “Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes - RFP_2025_57457.pdf” (titled “Team Presentation”) references two Aon individuals. Please could you confirm Aon’s role in UNOPS at present, whether Aon will have sight of the submissions made in response to this RFP and whether Aon will have a role in the evaluation of submissions.Answer. AON has been engaged by UNOPS as external advisors to the process, under (RFP/2024/50718) and as external advisors they are bound by confidentiality conditions in regards to the process, and will not be able to have any voting rights. All decisions are taken by UNOPS.Kind regards

New clarification added: Dear Potential BiddersPlease review the following clarifications:Clarification 1 Is it mandatory to have attended the Clarifications/Pre-meeting call on 26 May at 11.30 UTC in order to submit a tender? We tried joining the call but were unsuccessful in getting through.Answer. The prebid meeting is not mandatory, nevertheless, the date is being amended and it will be held on Hune 2nd, 2025.Clarification 2Can you please provide details on how Form G: Performance Statement Form needs to be completed? Does it have to be signed by the Offeror and how many examples should be listed?Answer. As per Schedule II: Evaluation Criteria, the offeror should have experience of providing investment advice and monitoring to at least 5 international retirement savings plans (or similar), this is the information that needs to be included in Form G, please provide complete information in each of the columns ad indicated in the Form.Clarification 3 Can we submit documents in our own company format? We understand that we are able to, so long as the documents, sections and questions are cleraly signposted to the tender documents?Answer. Please use hte provided formats.
