Provision of Catering Services for ICAO APAC Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand

ICAO, through its Asia and Pacific Regional Office (APAC) in Bangkok, Thailand, regularly organizes workshops and training sessions. Therefore, this request for standing offers seeks to select one or more companies/restaurants to provide catering services as needed. As a reference, APAC has a conference block within its premises which includes 1 big conference hall (capacity of 180 persons) and additional several meeting rooms of various sizes, with total capacity of around 325 persons. In 2023, the APAC Office hosted 57meetings attended by 3129 participants for a total duration of 154 days.
