Kindly refer the clarifications for your requests as follows: Request:1. In SECTION II: EVALUATION METHOD AND CRITERIA, it is stated that the bidder holds registration within the category/grade ranging from Grade one (1) to Grade five (5), whereas the vendor submission sheet indicates a range from Grade one (1) to Grade three(3).Clarification: Bidders are expected to adhere to the Criteria - The check list section was an error as it was copied from a template. As per the criteria section the requirement is from Grade one (1) to Grade five (5).2. In the vendor submission section, there are two fields designated for key personnel. Are we required to submit a CV?Clarification: It is not a requirement to submit CV of the proposed personnel at this stage.3. There is no section available to attach a line of credit in the vendor submission area. Additionally, is the amount specified as 4 million or 20 million?Clarification: As clearly stated in the criteria section the requirement for line of credit is 4 million, The document shall be submitted along with the Audited financial statements.

New amendment added #1: The following amendments are done.1. It is to be recalled that a pre-bid meeting was scheduled for March 13,2025. Unfortunately only a very few vendors joined the virtual meeting.
