Kindly refer the clarifications for your requests as follows: Request:  The evaluation criteria specify that bidders must possess "relevant specialized knowledge and experience on similar works done in the region or country." Given that the project is located in the newly estabblished   Central Ethiopia Regional State, and our company has succesfully executed similar projects in the former South Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR), we would like to confirm whether this prior experience qualifies us for participation in this bid.Clarification: The technical criteria states that Bidders must demonstrate relevant, specialized experience with comparable projects, whether completed within the region or elsewhere in the country. Experience is not limited strictly to the area.Request: Joint Venture Participation with ongoing UNOPS Contract: Our Company currently has an ongoing contract with UNOPS, with a completion rate below 80%. Could you please clarify whether this affects our eligibility to participate in a Joint Venture (JV) Partnership for this bid?Clarification: Bidders are not eligible to participate if they have any ongoing contract with UNOPS with a completion rate below 80 percent. Joint ventures are also not allowed for this tender.
