Provision of Third-party Labour Service for Local Vocational Training Trainers and Basic Education Teachers in Somalia Prisons (MPCC & MCP Mogadishu, Bossaso, Garowe, Baidoa, and Beledweyne Prisons).

1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from competenet service providers for the provision of third-party labour service for local vocational training trainers and basic education teachers in Somalia Prisons including Mogadishu Prison and Court Complex (MPCC) and Marine Corps Police (MCP) in Mogadishu, Bossaso Central Prison, Garowe Prison, Baidoa Central Prison and Beledweyne Prison. 2. The third party labour service provider will be responsible for; i. Recruitment and Deployment ii. Contract and Human Resource (HR) Management iii. Reporting and Coordination 3. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions: a. Bidder must have the requisite business registration certificates b. Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists (such as World bank, or any other UN agency). The details of the requirements will be provided as part of the tender documents to be issued at a later stage.
