We are pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Long Term Arrangement (LTA) to provide Event Organizer Services to Support UNICEF Indonesia Program as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex-I. and this tender Exclusively for Local Companies Registered in Indonesia.

An online pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, 30th April 2025, at 14:00 PM Jakarta Local Time via Microsoft Teams (Please click this link to joint Join the meeting now). Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.

The deadline for submission is Sunday, 25th May 2025, at 23:59 Jakarta Local Time. Your offer should include a Technical and Financial Proposal, each in a separate document, and should be submitted in English to jakartasupply@unicef.org
