UNICEF has launched the Local Request for Proposal for Services (LRPS-2025-9196919) for Establishment of LTA contract for repair and maintenance services to water and sanitation infrastructure in West Bank. which was publicly published today, 24th April 2025, on the UNGM website.

Please note :

  • This is a public invitation to local market contractors with operational capacity across all governorates in the West Bank.
  • If the scope of work outlined in the LRPS does not align with your company’s profile, we kindly encourage you to share this invitation with other potentially interested parties.
  • UNICEF strongly recommends all prospective applicants to thoroughly review the LRPS document, including the Special Notes and the annexed files (TOR and BOQs included in the Financial Application Forms), to fully understand the requirements. Incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.
  • Bids must be submitted Exclusively via email to: optsuppliers@unicef.org.  Do not copy any other UNICEF email addresses. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
  • Submission deadline: 7 May 2025 (EOD Jerusalem time)
  • All questions and inquiries  must be submitted in writing to aharidi@unicef.org,  copying optsuppliers@unicef.org, no later than 30 April 2025 (EOD Jerusalem time).
  • Prices must be quoted in Shekels (NIS) and exclude VAT.
  • No price information should be included in the technical proposal.  Violation of this requirement will lead to disqualification.
  • All mandatory requirements (i.e., “must”, “shall”, “have to”) stated in the LRPS, TOR, and BOQs must be addressed.
  • The preamble and general conditions in the BOQs form an integral part of the tender documents and must be reflected in the technical proposal.
