APPEL D’OFFRES N° AO SNU/CMR/25/001, Pour l’établissement d’un : ACCORD À LONG TERME FOURNITURE DE PRODUITS D’IMPRIMERIE ET DE MATERIELS DE VISIBILITE

Dear service provider,

Thank you for your interest in the ITB AO SNU/CMR/25/001 call for tenders. Please find answers to your questions below:

1)       For samples, there are items for which you must submit a sample on pages 28 to 34. Samples must be based on work you have already completed. We do not provide visuals; you can create your own models. However, the samples submitted must have the same characteristics required in the schedule of quantities for lots 1 and 2.

2)       You must notify us by email that you wish to participate in the call for tenders before the deadline for submission of tenders.

3)       The United Nations promotes fairness and transparency. Each firm is invited to submit a proposal, which will be reviewed by a committee composed of several United Nations agencies, which will apply all the principles governing procurement.

4)       Since we see the confusion you have regarding the samples, we have decided to extend the submission date until May 26, 2025.

The new submission date is set for May 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM (GMT+1)

The submission of proposals must be made only in a sealed envelope, the original of the offer as well as 4 paper copies including an electronic copy on a USB key (i.e. 1 USB key) to the office of UNFPA Cameroon, located at Avenue de l'Unité, Bastos towards Mont Febe BP 836 Yaoundé, with the mention: Printing products and visibility materials (LTA).

Samples are part of the offer and must be submitted no later than May 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Yaoundé, Cameroon time.

The Opening Date of the ITB is the 27/05/2025 at 10AM at the Premises of UNFPA in Yaounde( Ouverture des offres va avoir lieu le 27/05/205 @ 10H00 au Bureau de UNFPA Yaoundé)
