Please find your questions and UNOPS response.Question 10 : The document checklist forms to be uploaded are labelled form B,C,E,F,D however the downloads list of the same are labelled diffrent file names, therefore difficult to establilsh which is form B,C,E,F or D. Kindly assist in identifying which form is B,C,E,F and DAnswer 10: Thank you for pointing out the discrepancy. The document checklist has been updated to align with the tender document. Additionally, bidders will have two more days to prepare and submit the necessary documents based on the revised checklist. Accordingly the following changes are made to this ITB:2.1 - The check list tab is amended and new mandatory files are added and the other prior mandatory files are deleted.2.2 - The ITB closing date is changed from April 28 to April 30, 2025. This is done to provide bidders additional time to comply to the new mandatory check list requirement.2.3 - The key personnel criteria was included under the solicitation document but not reflected in the criteria tab. Please find your questions and UNOPS response.Question 8 : We are writing to inquire about the possibility of forming a joint venture with an epoxy manufacturer's agent and authorized distributor.Answer 8 : The ITB posting permits subcontracting for specific tasks, but it does not include joint venture arrangements. Bidders must demonstrate a proven track record in manufacturing or supplying construction materials, including epoxy. Please note that bidders should be either a manufacturer or a supplier with the manufacturer’s authorization for supplying epoxy in the region. Please find below the question and the answer.Question 3 : The bid clearly states that if the supplier is nt the manufacturer of the Epoxy, an Authorization letter by the form 4.5 should be attached but, the form is not attached in the bid. So could we get this form or can we use some other form of our own?Answer 3: You are right. The bid clearly states that if the supplier is not the manufacturer of the Epoxy, an authorization letter using Form 4.5 should be attached. Total length: What is the total length of the construction joints in meters?- A drawing is attached for both locations in the tender document and tehcnically there should be a construction joint between the beam and slab so it can be estimated from the drawing. The construction joints can be done during surface preparation and not necessarily visible on the epoxy floor.2. Joint width: What is the width of the construction joints in millimeters?- The minimum width of the joint is 2cm3. Joint depth: What is the depth of the construction joints in millimeters?- The minimum depth of the joint is 2.5cmZones to be Marked1. Approximate total length for LM: What is the approximate total length of the zones to be marked?- All area between racks should be marked as per OSHA standard the measurment can be taken from the drawing2.
