Provision of Multimedia Civic Education for UNMISS in South Sudan

The Civic Education Services will be delivered in English and nine (9) local languages (Juba Arabic, Dinka, Nure, Azande, Murele, Muru, Shuluk, Toposa and Bari). The following Services will be provided in English and all nine languages: 1. Provision of Audio Radio Spots 2. Provision of Radio Plays 3. Provision of Mobile Theater (live performances) 4. Audiovisual Mobile Cinema Meanwhile, the following Services will be provided exclusively in English and Arabic: 1. Audio and Video Songs 2. Print Comics/Cartoons 3. Audiovisual Short Video Clipss Women owned Businesses and Businesses owned by people with disabilities are encouraged to participate. Conditions: 1. Interested providers are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following information: • Vendors must be registered in UNGM under the services (55100000 - Printed media 80171800 - Media relations services) in order to participate in the solicitation for this requirement. • Company's contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Important Notice: 2. United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) Registration: Company should be registered in UNGM using the link https://www.ungm.org or should start their registration process immediately if not registered. Companies are strongly advised to register or upgrade to Level 1. 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. The UNGM Identification Number obtained at the start of the registration process, must be provided to the Procurement officer at the time of submitting the EOI in the completed EOI Form. 5.
