SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES OF OFFICE BLINDS WITH UV BLOCKING PROPERTIES

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair services of high-quality roller window blinds with UV-blocking properties for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) office spaces. These services will be required at the UN Gigiri Complex in Nairobi, Kenya, specifically for the New Office Facility (NOF), which consists of approximately 14 office floors, each with an estimated 156 square meters of window area. The aim is to establish a contract is for a duration of 5 years (initial 3 renewable + 1 + 1). The Contract will ensure a reliable and efficient supply of window blinds, along with expert installation and ongoing maintenance services to uphold the highest standards of functionality, durability, and aesthetics within UNEP’s office environment.
