North Gate Construction Services for ECLAC Santiago

The United Nations - ECLAC hereby seeks suitably experienced construction firms with local representation -in Chile- and capacity to undertake the following work: North Gate Construction Area: 80 sqr.mts built area and 480 sqr mts of exterior pavement and landscaping works Required services refer to ECLAC compound North gate's construction including architectural, engineering, and all related disciplines and specialties: • Architecture • Structural engineering • HVAC engineering • Electrical engineering • Mechanical engineering. • Lighting design • Security • Safety and CCTV • Pavements • Landscaping Architectural, engineering, and all related disciplines and specialties coordination, included on these works, will be contractor’s responsibility. It is also included as contractor’s responsibility, to provide clean and cleared work areas to allow efficient use of space. In case of damages to ECLAC’s property, caused by the contractor, they will be repaired with no cost for ECLAC. General project coordination will be lead by ECLAC'S Facilities Management Unit
