When submitting your offers, please ensure that the subject line of your email is: Quote Submission for RFQ-BI-PROC 24-163.
Kindly read carefully all information and instructions enclosed in the attached RFQ document, BOQ and Drawings. Quotations sent without signed Company profile and bidders declaration forms will be rejected.
Failing to meet the deadline, your Quotation will not be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier/s or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier/s of the ground for IOM’s action.
