Description
Supply and transfer of non-exclusive rights for software based on a Geographic Information System (GIS MES) to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan. This software will enable the collection and analysis of daily information for enhanced multi-hazard early warning systems. Key deliverables include system implementation, configuration, training for end-users, and a two-year warranty for maintenance and troubleshooting services.
