WIPO Copyright Connect (WCC) project

WIPO is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for the delivery to Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) of a system that supports their operations, both locally and internationally, under its WIPO Copyright Connection (WCC) project.

The WCC system has to answer the following needs:

-           To provide business support of major CMO operations;

-           To allow international operations through interfaces with external systems;

-           To allow inclusion of a wider range of business features (e.g. audio-visual work collective management) by providing a modern and open architecture;

-           To meet the requirements of new types of business needs (e.g. work usages) by defining a flexible system.

Any interested company wishing to participate in the RFP procedure is invited to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) via this e-Tendering Portal (ETP) and to download documents enabling it to respond and submit an offer.
