Request for Expression of Interest-Shelter Project in Banadir Region

IOM Somalia has developed two shelter typologies (Typology 1 (T1) and Typology 2 (T2)) that are adaptable and can be upgraded from emergency to transitional stages of construction as resources become available and in accordance with project requirements. The shelter typologies begin with a one-room shelter that can be enhanced with different walling and roofing materials through construction phases detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), following the typologies.
