New clarification added: Q1 - Need to know the top details of the exisiting pole , so we can confirm the all in one solar street light will need clamp braket or pullover adaptor and solar panel type would be Mono or Poly With regard to the existing poles, please clarify Up and down diameters, thinkness, foundation kits specs After greeting Please send the specifications of cable and rod for Earthing SystemAns 1 - The poles are to new and are part of the specification please refer to the technical specs in both technical Questionnaires and Annex 02 - Scope of work and Technical SpecificationsQ2- In BOQ the item 1.1 AC/DC Hybrid all in one solar LED street lighting systems , the qty is 369 set, and the earthing points and galvanaized poles are 198 set each. So, based on that we think the qty should be 396set!!!.Ans 2 - Please adhere to the spec and quantities in the BoqQ3 - Kindly confirm the qty for AC/DC Hybrid all in one solar LED street lighting systems;Ans 3 - Please adhere to the spec and quantities in the BoqQ4- We request to extend the deadline for closing date it need more time as per request the companiesWith high respect and appreciation After greetingAns 4 - Any extension to the tender will be issued in the esourcing platform as of now no extension.Q5 - Will goods imported to the port be exempt from customs and government duties?, or do we have to pay all government obligations and fees From the drawing? Ans 5 - Please refer Particulars - Duties and taxes " All quotations shall be submitted net of any direct taxes including customs duties, indirect taxes such as sales taxes or VAT, and taxes on commodities, such as fuel.'' UNOPS will support in obtaining exemption. Q6- we note that 27 poles will be installed with single Solar Led Lighting and 171 poles will be installed with double Solar Led Lighting, is that right?Ans 6 - please refer to the technical specs in both technical Questionnaires and Annex 02 - Scope of work and Technical Specifications
