The scope of work of the event management firm will essentially involve the overall organisation of the Timbuktoo health-tech hub launch event. The event planner will technically advise and work closely with UNDP Rwanda and Ministry of ICT, Rwanda on all aspects of the event to organize it in a cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest possible international standards. Evaluate and advise on the adequacy, capacity, and suitability of space within the launch venue, equipment required for implementing proposed activities, ensuring proper design, and setups and plan the Launch service delivery accordingly.
