UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “National Consultancy for comprehensive analyses and good practices of well-being and mental health in schools the TSI project “Policies and Resources for Safe and Supportive Schools” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.

HOW TO APPLY:

E-MAIL PROPOSALS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.

The reference RFPS/LRPS-2024-9193995 Safe Schools and Company name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.

The Bid Form (pg. 2-3 from the RFPS document) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal. 

The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Wednesday, 20th November 2024, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
