The primary objective of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive behaviour change and communication strategy to promote family planning uptake and utilisation of sexual and reproductive health services amongst target populations in Somalia, taking into consideration the significant gendered barriers. Strategies developed shall reflect gendered transformative approaches to provide context-specific education, sensitisation, and awareness to transform individual and collective behaviours, attitudes, and beliefs, to encourage the adoption of modern family planning (FP) methods and utilisation of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services; to improve maternal and child health outcomes and sustainable development goal number three (SDG3)
