PROVISION OF TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement to establish an all-inclusive Contract for Travel Management Services (TMS). For this purpose, UNMIK wishes to engage the services of an IATA registered Travel Agency to provide air travel reservations, quotations, ticketing and related standard travel services. The resulting contract will be established for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend for four (4) periods of one (1) year each (1+1+1+1) at the sole discretion of the UN, subject to UNMIK's operational requirements, and availability of funds. UNMIK estimates are around 400 tickets per year. This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during REOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of REOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
