Conceptual Architectual services for office building extension

The IAEA (Agency) is seeking temporary assistance with the development of conceptual architectural drawings (renderings) for offices and multipurpose training space located adjacent to its recently constructed Nuclear Materials Laboratory.   The main intention of this specific architectural effort is the elicitation of requirements from the project stakeholders based upon a series of interviews / workshops, resulting in a set of concept architectural drawings that show the basic building layout and dimensions (plan and elevation views), including room type, usage and a general description of the building materials to be used to achieve the desired functionality as well as a general description of the building heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and lighting.
