Software as a Service Platform for the Recruitment & Management of Donors
UNICEF raises funds through various channels, connecting to donors through face-to-face (F2F), telemarketing channels, digital channels and others. Robust, scalable, and compliant software is needed to support the acquisition and retention of donors. UNICEF PSFR (Private Sector Fundraising) seeking to engage an agency that can provide a secure tablet-based software platform for donation processing with administrative capabilities through an LTA (Long Term Arrangement) globally and/or for a specific region. This software would be used by Fundraisers to sign donors up at various locations e.g., Event Fundraising, Business to Business, Street Fundraising, and Door to Door fundraising, on tablet and or mobile phone devices. The solution will be a key tool in UNICEF’s global enterprise offering to fundraising markets; and therefore, must satisfy key requirements around data compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, and UNICEF data security policy).
The LTA shall be valid for an initial period of up to three (3) years, with a possible renewal of up to two additional two (2) years’ period (total 3 + 2 + 2 years) subject to satisfactory performance and organizational needs. The LTA is a contractual framework in which UNICEF and the appointed agency agree on a list of services, the conditions of their delivery, and their prices for a defined period. The LTA/s will be awarded on a Lot-by-Lot basis as indicated below:
- Lot 1: Global coverage (Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas regions)
- Lot 2: Regional coverage (Asia Pacific and/or Europe and/or the Americas regions)
