New clarification added: Correction in Response for Clarification# 6, the amendmed implementation period is 5 months and all bidders shall consider preparing their programme and ghant chart as per this durantion.

New clarification added: Clarification 6: In respect to the implementation period, please be informed that it is highly likely that the prospective bidders for this tender have not all requirements are not available at their stocks, in this case they need to request them from their agents in other countries. Therefore, this process will take min. 3 three months until arrive to Yemen. 5 months implementation period is too short time to implement this project, especially it is not in one site , they are 27 sites in several governorates .So, kindly requested to amend the implementation period to be min. 8 months Response: Please note that extending the implementation to 8 months is not acceptable all bidders need to comply with the extended implementation period of 4 months.Clarification 7: Please send us more information about your request (1.2 Details Provided by the Contractor1) what Contract Price to be added on it?Response: Contract Price: The total amount of the bid Contractor's Address for Communication: The name, position title, address, email address, and telephone or mobile number of the person responsible for communication with UNOPS. New clarification added: Clarification 4: Could you please provide further details regarding the 0.11 addenda acknowledgment in the returnable schedules? Specifically, could you tell me what information or clarifications you're seeking?Response: 0.11 Acknowledgement of Addenda, the bidder is required to list all the amendments that is done in this tender, sign and stamp as an acknowledgement of receiving the amendments and complying to it.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below the response to your clarifications related to this tender:Clarification 1: Given the short period given to prepare the offers, and to enable us comply with the technical requirements precisely, kindly requested to extend the deadline for submitting offers by an additional two weeks.Response: It is difficult to extend for two weeks, however, there will be an amendment with this with the new submission date 6th October, 2024.
