Scope of Tender: Revision of “Parliamentary Handbook on Climate Finance” with organizing workshops with Parliamentarians in Federal and Provincial Level

This request for proposal is published as part of Resilience & Environment / Climate Finance Network (CFN) and the primary objective of this assignment is to update the "Parliamentary Handbook on Climate Finance" to suit the constitutionals mandates and responsibilities in the federal context and include the latest information, strategies, and best practices in climate finance. The updated handbook should provide parliamentarians with current insights into international climate finance architecture, mechanisms for integrating climate finance into national policies, and tools for ensuring transparency and accountability in climate finance flows.
