New clarification added: Question:1) It is very important to extend deadline for 15 days extra at least as there is not enough time to prepare offer for this tender? Answer:No time amendment2) would the awarding be split for this tender based on items or quantities for many suppliers?Answer: Yes3) Referring to LTA period ... For how many years would this contract be signed ?Answer:2 years4) USA, Europe, and Japan brand names do manufacturing in other countries and continenats... So would you accept manufacturing countries to be any country other than USA, Europe, and Japan taking into consideration it is 100% same quality, perfoirmance, models and specs all over the world despite factory location ? this is how globalization existed now a days ...Answer: The manufacturing must be from these regions

New clarification added: Question:1) Do you accept any band name from any country that meets your required technicals specifications ?Answer:Kindly refer to the submitted technical requirements. Question:2) where would be the final destination and end user for these trucks?Answer:It is clearly mentioned in the tender documents - Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization.Question:3) How many trucks of each type will be ordered in each patch order ?Answer:The result of the tender is an LTA , so the quantities will vary as these LTA/s will be non-exclusive, and UNOPS is under no obligation to purchase a minimum quantity of vehiclesQuestion;4) Are suppliers outside Jordan allowed to participate in this tender ?Answer:any bidder can meet the tender requirement can participate.Question: 5) please send us reference picutre of final shape of trucks you would like to beAnswer:please refer to the technical specifications. Question:6) who will cover, customs fees, import fees, VAT and taxes?Answer:the incoterm is DAP - UNOPS will provide the tax exemption letter. Question:7) is this project customs clearance free and Jordanian Government approved it?Answer:UNOPS will provide the tax exemption letter.
