RFP for the design, pilot and handover of an integrated and real time national Digital Public Good Information Management System for WASH, Climate, Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergencies in Angola

UNICEF Angola is looking for qualified firms  for the design, pilot and handover of an integrated and real time national Digital Public Good Information Management System for WASH, Climate, Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergencies in Angola.  

To assist proposers in understanding the scope and other requirements  encompassing the required services  the Terms of Reference-TOR- governing this Request for Proposal is attached to this Procurement Notice. 

A pre-bid submission conference will be organised on 4th September, 2024 between 13h30-15h00, Angola Local time,  at UNICEF Angola's Office, Rua N’Gola M’Bandi, Complexo INAC, Luanda, Angola.   Companies wishing to attend the meeting online should confirm such intention by emailing to the Procurement staff named below. 

Your  submission consisting of Technical and Financial  proposals,  must be submitted, in two separate email,  not later than Tuesday, 17th September, 2024  ONLY to the following email address: supplyangolabid@unicef.org

Please note that any proposal submitted to emails other than the above indicated email address, will be disqualified.

In preparation of your proposal, you are kindly requested to review the  REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICES FORM contained in the attached LRPS-2024-9192579, pages 2-5 and  render your Declaration by ticking the valid information to the best of your knowledge.   We encourage you to complete and submit the form, to the below emails,  prior to submitting your proposal as this is a condition for validation of your proposal once submitted
