Request of Expression for Interest (REOI) for "Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution provider"

Greetings from UNICEF Malaysia.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in Request of Expression for Interest (REOI) for " Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution provider ".

Companies / Institutions that meet the requirements of this REOI will be shortlisted and invited to submit full technical and financial proposals to establish a Long Term Agreement. This REOI document provides a short description of the planned scope of work. Detailed terms of reference (ToR) will be provided to those organisations selected to advance to the next stage.

Deadline of Proposal Submission

Interested institutions/companies are encouraged to complete and submit the REOI form provided on the following page. REOIs should be sent to yliew@unicef.org and cc  mmeorsha@unicef.org no later than 17:00 MYT on 20th September 2024. Please quote “REOI LTA FOR INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONCE (IVR) SOLUTION PROVIDER”.

1. Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) LTA for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution provider
2. Request for Expression of Interest Form (To be complete)
3. Annex A – UNICEF General Terms & Conditions (Services)

Important note;

1. To read, understand and comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined in the REOI document (Including Annex A – UNICEF General Terms and Conditions) by signing the Form page 8.
2. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. Bids or proposals are not required at this stage. A response to this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender. A final TOR will be provided to those vendors invited to submit a full proposal through a Request for Proposal (RFP).
