Provision of Consultancy Services to draft Paris Alignment Roadmap for IFAD’s new Consolidated Strategy on Climate, Environment and Biodiversity (CEBS)

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Consultancy Services to draft Paris Alignment Roadmap for IFAD’s new Consolidated Strategy on Climate, Environment and Biodiversity (CEBS). The Consulting Firm will be responsible for drafting a comprehensive Paris Alignment Roadmap (PAR) for IFAD and, if required, basic advisory services on the new Consolidated Climate, Environment and Biodiversity Strategy (CEBS). The roadmap will outline the strategic directions, methodologies, and a corresponding results management framework along with specific actions required for ensuring that all IFAD investments are aligned with the Paris Agreement, with a particular focus on climate adaptation, mitigation, and biodiversity conservation.
