The OTOR system will provide public services to the Otors and herdsmen, and to work in coordination with other governmental and non-governmental organizations using transparent, accessible, and easy-to-use information. We are committed to developing a comprehensive OTOR /pasture landscape/ system leveraging innovative technology in alignment with Mongolias laws and the Governments agenda. This system will be designed to effectively address the interests and requirements of all stakeholders, ensuring openness, transparency, and accessibility for all.
