LTA Servicio de Producción de Eventos Sostenibles
UNICEF buscará celebrar Acuerdos a Largo Plazo (LTA) no exclusivos con empresas con amplia experiencia en la producción de eventos para proporcionar apoyo de producción y equipos para eventos que se llevarán a cabo en las oficinas de UNICEF en Argentina o en un lugar externo, así como la gestión de eventos virtuales cuando sea requerido.
El propósito de esta asignación es proporcionar una amplia gama de servicios de gestión de eventos para apoyar a UNICEF o a nuestros aliados, en la organización, gestión y/o equipamiento de todos y cada uno de los eventos públicos o privados, incluidos, entre otros, lanzamientos o conferencias de prensa, eventos públicos o semipúblicos adaptados a los jóvenes y niños, exposiciones, eventos musicales/deportivos, talleres, consultas, retiros y reuniones de partes interesadas, tanto en línea como fuera de línea, proporcionando todos los servicios y productos necesarios relacionados con el evento para garantizar su gestión eficiente.
Sustainable Procurement practices integrate requirements, specifications, and criteria that are compatible and in favour of the protection of the environment, the social progress and in support of economic development. These practices seek resource efficiency, improve the quality of products and services, and ultimately optimize costs (HLCM Procurement Network). Sustainable Procurement is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (goals 12 and 12.7), and it also contributes to the achievement of all SDGs.
