Extension of deadline: Provision of Taxi services for in-country travel for UN Agencies in North Macedonia

UNICEF in North Macedonia is seeking to establish LTA for provision of taxi services for in-country travel. In line with the Business Operations Strategy, the LTA will be extended for use by other UN agencies (UNDP, UNFPA, UN WOMEN, IOM, UNOPS and others interested) based on the same terms and conditions.

The purpose of this ToR is identifying qualified service provider for provision of taxi services to various locations within North Macedonia, as per the identified need. 

The deadline for application is 17:00 hrs. on 06 September 2024. Interested companies can submit their applications in the following manner:

1) Company profile should be sent ONLY to the e-mail address: skopje@unicef.org

This component of the application should include:

• Latest company registration certificate 
• Company Profile demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of continuous operation and including information about the overall capacity of the company, number of employees, etc.
• Copy of the licence for taxi-vehicle transportation of passengers issued by the relevant authority.
• Fleet list including copies of vehicle registration certificates. The list should include a minimum of 15 vehicles up to 5 years old. Possession of more electric/hybrid vehicles will be considered as advantage. The selected company will need to provide services only with the vehicles that meet the above requirements.  
• List of drivers (at least 15 drivers with minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional taxi driver), including their short bio and copy of their taxi-vehicle driver's certificates.
• List of clients
• Client recommendations/references (minimum 5 references should be enclosed from international organisations, medium and big local and international companies)

2) Financial offer should be sent ONLY to the e-mail address: zantonoski@unicef.org

The financial offer should indicate the prices for services in Macedonian Denar without VAT in the matrix enclosed as ANNEX 1.

Remark: Overnight stay of driver, if requested, will be provided by the UN agency using the service or the price for covering these costs will be additionally agreed and paid by the requesting UN agency to the contractor The prices should be presented in MKD Macedonian Denar, WITHOUT VAT.
