EN FRANCAIS L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) recherche une entreprise pour les travaux d’entretien et de réparation des tondeuses et autres machines horticoles avec leurs accessoires, ainsi que la fourniture et la livraison de pièces détachées, fluides, lubrifiants et outillage/produits de mécanique divers pour le sous-groupe des Parcs et Jardins sur le site du Palais des Nations à Genève (Suisse). Le soumissionnaire aura à charge de fournir: - L’ensemble des prestations nécessaires pour la fourniture et la livraison de pièces détachées, fluides, carburants et outillage/produits de mécanique pour l’entretien et les réparations du parc de machines et leurs accessoires pour le sous-groupe des Parcs et Jardins du Palais des Nations. - L’entretien/maintenance de prévention et réparations des machines et accessoires. - La garantie des réparations et des pièces nécessaires à celles-ci pendant minimum 1 an. - La reprise/évacuation des containers de fluides et carburants qui seront détaillés dans le cahier des charges de l'appel d'offres ainsi que leur élimination, les travaux de démontage, le tri des déchets hors de l’ONUG selon les règles environnementales en vigueur. Le but est d'établir un contrat d’une durée initiale de trois (3) ans avec possibilité d’une durée de prolongation, sous réserve de l’exécution satisfaisante du contrat par le Contractant et de la disponibilité des budgets de l’ONUG, d’une (1) période supplémentaire et consécutive de deux (2) ans maximum (3+2). Seules les entreprises considérées comme qualifiées par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invitées à l'appel d'offres. Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ____________________________________________________________________________ IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders that it intends to launch to carry out maintenance and repair work on lawnmowers and other horticultural machinery with their accessories, as well as the supply and delivery of spare parts, fluids, lubricants and various tools/mechanical products for the Parks and Gardens sub-group on the site of the Palais des Nations in Geneva (Switzerland). The tenderer will be responsible for providing: - All the services required for the supply and delivery of spare parts, fluids, fuels and tools/mechanical products for the maintenance and repair of the fleet of machines and their accessories for the Parks and Gardens sub-group of the Palais des Nations. - Preventive maintenance and repairs to machinery and accessories. - Guarantee of repairs and parts required for repairs for a minimum of 1 year. - The collection/disposal of containers of fluids and fuels, which will be detailed in the tender specifications, as well as their disposal, dismantling work and the sorting of waste outside UNOG in accordance with current environmental regulations. - The return/evacuation of containers of fluids and fuels which will be detailed in the tender specifications as well as their disposal, dismantling work, sorting of waste outside UNOG in accordance with the environmental rules in force. The purpose is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, of one (1) additional and consecutive period of up to two (2) years (3+2).
