The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement and Installation of Automatic Agrometeorological Stations, System Upgrades, and Climate Data Management Solutions to be delivered to FAO Cambodia-PEARL Project . If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org). Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid. Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid a) The duly completed “Technical Specifications and Compliance Format” in Appendix I, using the form enclosed, along with the relevant supporting documentation requested in the form. b) The duly completed “Financial Offer” in Appendix II, using the forms enclosed. c) The duly completed “Bid Submission Letter” in Appendix III, using the form enclosed. d) Copy of the valid Business Certificate/Legal registration certificate of the vendor. e) Evidence of experience, CVs, Company profile (if available), Seft-declaration statement confirming financial viability and capacity deemed adequate to execute the contract, as indicated in Appendix V “Bidder’s qualification”.
